💰 Payment & Refunds
- Payment is required upfront before I begin your artwork.
- PayPal (USD) oPayPal link or invoice available.)
- Refunds are only available during the sketch phase.
- If sending a refsheet as a reference make sure it is not rendered or if it is attach a palette of your character.
- Once coloring is complete, no major body adjustments can be made.
- No refunds if I am able and willing to finish the commission.
🖌️ Revisions & Changes
- You may request up to 5 major changes during the sketch stage.
- After 5 major changes, each additional change costs +$10.
- Major changes include: full redrawing, major pose changes, etc.
- Minor changes (like expression tweaks or small corrections) are free.
- No changes will be made after the piece is completed.
- I will ask for approval during each stage—please request changes only when I ask.
- Art style changes are not allowed.
- You are commissioning my art style only.
⏳ Timeframe & Deadlines
- Completion time ranges from 5 days to 5 weeks, depending on my workload and personal life.
- Due to my university schedule, please note that I may need more time to complete commissions, especially during exam periods.
- I do not accept deadlines.
- Please do not pressure or rush me—doing so may result in you being soft-blocked from future commissions.
📌 Artist Rights
- I hold the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason.
- Prices may increase depending on complexity or specific customer requests.
- If my prices are outside your budget, that is not my responsibility.
- No price comparisons, guilt-tripping, or discount requests.
📤 Usage Rights
- Personal use of the artwork is allowed. However, crediting me is mandatory wherever the artwork is displayed or used.
- Commercial use (such as using my art on merchandise or for profit) requires explicit permission and may involve additional fees.
- You may not use my art for NFTs or AI purposes in any form.
- By commissioning me, you are acknowledging and agreeing to the terms outlined here.
- Harassment or unreasonable pressure to work faster will result in cancellation of the commission and being blacklisted for future commissions.
- If you are unsure about something, please ask before placing an order. I’m happy to clarify.
